Tips for Ordering at Kim’s

At Kim’s, we bake every pizza in our beautiful, classic Chicago-made Faulds oven. It makes amazing pies—but it’s also very small. Because of that, we can only make 125 pizzas per night.

Here’s how to get yours:

Phone Orders

  • Our phone lines open at 3:00 PM daily to start taking orders.

  • The first pizza comes out of the oven at 4:00 PM.

  • We tend to sell out quickly on weekends, often within the first hour—so we highly recommend calling as early as possible to reserve your pizza and pickup time.

Walk-Ups

  • Walk-in orders are welcome!

  • But please note: walk-ups won’t be prioritized over phone orders.

Dining In

  • We have two cozy booths for dine-in guests.

  • If you’d like to eat in, please call ahead and place your order to make sure we can accommodate you.

Trouble Getting Through?

  • If you hear a strange message when calling, it just means all our lines are busy.

  • Please hang up and try again—we promise we’re here, and we’ll get to you as soon as we can!
